How to Brew

Brewing Instructions:

1. Measure 4-5g (2 teaspoons) of Yue Balance tea
2. Add to your cup, teapot, or infuser
3. Pour 10oz of hot water (just below boiling, ~200°F/93°C)
4. Steep for 10 minutes 
5. Strain and enjoy hot
6. Feel free to rebrew the same herbs one more time (the flavor will be lighter, but it's encouraged!)

Tip: For a stronger brew, steep longer. Add jujube dates (recommended), honey, or your favorite sweetener if desired.

When to Drink: Ideally, enjoy 1 cup daily for maximum effectiveness. Most importantly, start sipping consistently before your period to prepare your body. Most people will see results and their bodies resetting in 2-3 cycles.
