Return Policy Overview

Due to the nature of our product (consumable herbal tea), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products for health and safety reasons. However, your satisfaction matters to us.

Eligible for Return/Refund:

Unopened Products (30 Days)

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Full refund will be issued to original payment method
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your tea arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you
  • Please include photos of the damage/defect with your claim

Not Satisfied? We're Here to Help

  • If you've tried Yue Balance and it's not working for you, reach out to us within 30 days
  • While we cannot accept returns on opened products, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or partially used products (except in cases of defect or damage)
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 5-10 business days)
